Data privacy protection

The contents of our pages have been created and compiled with the utmost care. However, we cannot accept any liability for the correctness, completeness, or up-to-datedness of other links.

The protection of your personal data is of the utmost importance to us, especially every time you visit our homepage. Your data will be protected in the manner prescribed by the statutory provisions, notably the German Broadcast Media Act (TMG). In the following, please find some information on what data are collected every time you visit our homepage and how we use these data.

Server statistics automatically save data that are transmitted to us via your browser, which is unavoidable. This information typically includes the host name of the computer accessing our server (IP address) as well as the time of your request. These data are normally anonymized and deleted from our system after 7 days. There will be no further storage of your data. More extensive personal data will only be collected if such details are given voluntarily, for instance within the scope of a query or registration. As a rule the above-named data cannot be linked to specific individuals and these data will not be merged with other sources of data.

Use and disclosure of personal data

Unencrypted information you send to us by email may be read by third parties. It is also normally impossible for us to verify your identity, which is why we do not know who is really behind that e-mail address. This means that email communication is not guaranteed legally watertight. We are using a so-called SPAM filter to safeguard against unsolicited advertising. In rare cases, it could happen that this program wrongfully classifies even normal emails as unsolicited advertising. Emails containing harmful programs ("viruses") are also automatically deleted by us.

Disclosure of information, erasure, restriction of processing

You are entitled at any time to receive free information about the data stored in relation to your person, including their source, recipient(s), and the purpose of data processing, and you have the right to have these data corrected, blocked or erased (subject to compliance with the statutory retention provisions). If you have any questions on the foregoing or additional questions on the subject of personal data, please feel free to contact us any time at the address given in the contact details.

Safety notice

If you want to prevent the disclosure of your data to unknown third parties, please feel free to contact us in person, either by telephone or by mail.
